We talk mental health week with Mix 104.9
Our CEO Geoff Radford spoke with Katie Woolf on Mix 104.9 radio earlier this week about Mental Health Week and the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing and also looking out for one another. He shared some ways that people can support one another, where to reach out to get help and factors that can put people at greater risk of experiencing mental health challenges.
