ermha365 works with people with complex needs across the disability, mental health and justice sectors.

They provide compassionate, trauma-informed wraparound NDIS Supported Independent Living services to some of our community’s most vulnerable people as they work their way through life’s challenges.

Their teams are known for their experience working with people experiencing psychosocial disability, mental health conditions, social isolation, and transitioning through the justice or healthcare systems, and for their capability to implement Behaviour Support Plans to achieve meaningful and lasting change in peoples’ lives.

“(ermha is) one of a small number of providers who will not walk away from people, and will not shy away from the very, very real challenges of providing support to the people coming to the complex support pathway. (There is) value in a willingness not to give up on people.”– Senior stakeholder, NDIS

ermha365 currently have Supported Independent Living vacancies in Darwin for people with complex needs.

Mika, a man in his late 20s, was referred to ermha365 following a long history of service and placement breakdowns. He was under a supervised treatment order (STO), requiring constant line of sight.

With a stable, consistent team around him, Mika has formed strong connections, which have increased his trust and self-esteem. Mika feels understood and valued and, consequently his behaviours of concern have decreased significantly.

The ermha365 support team advocates strongly for Mika’s rights and inclusion, most notably the reassessment of the STO, which was revoked in 2024.

When there was a threat that Mika’s active night support would be removed under his NDIS plan, the team strongly recommended it be maintained for his safety. He has frequent seizures and associated accidents and would be unable to call Triple Zero. As a result, the active night SIL support for Mika was retained.
